Decadent lavender scones made easy!
Bake Mix Instructions:
You will need: ½ Cup Heavy Cream + 2 TBL for Brushing, 1 Stick (1/4 Cup) of Frozen Butter, 1 Large Egg
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grate frozen butter into scone mix. Mash with fork until pea sized crumbs form. In separate bowl, whisk egg & cream. Drizzle wet ingredients over scone mix and combine. Sprinkle flour on work surface and knead 8-10 times until dough comes together. Pat into a circle 1" thick. Cut into 8 large or 16 small wedges. Place on baking sheet and freeze for 10 minutes. Remove from freezer and brush with 2 TBL cream & sprinkle with sugar from sugar packet. Bake 14-17 minutes or until golden brown.
