Policies & Terms of Use
Alcohol: Outside alcohol is prohibited without express, written permission of the owners. If unauthorized alcohol is brought to Elf Leaf Farm, you will be asked to leave with no refunds. Underage drinking is prohibited and will result in call(s) to the appropriate law enforcement agency.
Bicycles, e-bikes, and similar items: Due to safety and liability concerns, we do not allow guests to bring bicycles, "e-bikes", dirtbikes, scooters, or other similar items.
Cell Service/Internet: Most cell carriers have service in the area. The farm does not have public wifi.
Unsupervised children: Elf Leaf Farm is a working farm with many natural hazards. Please ensure that all children are supervised at all times. Elf Leaf Farm cannot guarantee the safety or security of any unsupervised minor children.
Large Vehicles and Trailers: Most motor homes, RVs, or trailers are unsuitable for our roads and parking lot. Please contact us to verify that your vehicle can be safely accommodated.
Pets: Absolutely no pets allowed. Service animals are always welcome. The ADA does not consider emotional support animals as service animals. Do not leave pets in your vehicle for the duration of your visit for any reason.
Photography: Our fields are available to photographers at the rate of $50/hour. Please visit our photography page to learn more about our policies. Contact us to arrange your day on the farm!
Restrooms: We have five single-stall, air-conditioned restrooms. Two of our restrooms have baby changing tables.
Safety: Under South Carolina law, an agritourism professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in an agritourism activity resulting from an inherent risk associated with the agritourism activity.
- As we are a working farm, we recommend that you wear closed-toe shoes.
- You may encounter wildlife such as snakes, fire ants, and many other creatures during your visit. Our farm is home to over a dozen hives of honeybees, so please be mindful of bees. Bug spray is a plus.
- Our fields are in full sun, and shade is limited. You may wish to bring sunscreen or a hat. We encourage you to stay hydrated and bring a water bottle.
Scissors, Garden Shears, & Cutting Implements: As a measure of disease control, you may not bring any type of scissors, shears, or other cutting implements to our farm. We will provide all required tools for picking flowers, including baskets and scissors.
Smoking: Smoking and vaping are prohibited at all times on Elf Leaf Farm property.
Theft and/or damages: Theft may result in legal action if the item(s) stolen is not paid for or returned. Damages will be charged based on the cost of sourcing and replacing the item. Refusal to pay for either theft or damages will result in legal action.
