Refunds, Exchanges, & Return Policy

We reserve the right to limit excessive or fraudulent returns, and we reserve the right to deny returns for any reason as permitted by law.

Most items are final sale due to hygiene concerns. We are happy to replace items that are broken, defective, or damaged in transit. Please contact us and provide documentation and details so we can assist you. 

Cut flowers, plants, and pre-picked bundles: All flowers are final sale. Elf Leaf Farm is unable to accept returns or exchanges on cut flowers, plants, or pre-picked bundles of any kind.

 

Event Tickets: Event tickets are final sale. Our website is the only authorized retailer of Elf Leaf Farm event tickets. We are unable to honor fraudulent tickets purchased via ticket sale/resale/transfer services.
