Delicious sugar cookies with a hint of lavender!
Bake Mix Instructions:
You will need: 1 Stick of Butter (½ Cup), 1 Large Egg, ½ tsp of Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, cream together butter and cookie mix until crumbly. Add egg and vanilla and mix until a soft dough forms. Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in sugar or lavender sugar if desired. Place on baking sheet and gently flatten with the bottom of a cup. Bake 8–10 minutes until set. Do not overbake. Cool on the pan for several minutes before transferring to a rack.
