A delicious sugar cookie with a hint of lavender flavor.
Bake Mix Instructions:
You will need: 1 stick butter, 1 large egg, baking pan. 1/2 tsp vanilla, almond, or lemon extract. Floured cutting board if rolling out.
Instructions: In large bowl, cream butter with sugar packet until smooth. Beat in egg and flavoring. Stir in flour packet with mixer on slow speed. Cover, chill dough for several hours until firm. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roll out dough on floured surface 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Cut into shapes with cookie cutter- or scoop dough, roll into ball, flatten with bottom of glass. Place on ungreased cookie sheet 1 inch apart. Bake 6-8 minutes in preheated oven. Cool completely. Decorate if desired. Makes approx. 20 cookies.
