Bake Mix Instructions:
You will need: 1 cup whipping cream, baking sheet, and floured cutting board
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, combine scone mix with 1 cup whipping cream. Gently mix until sticky ball forms. Turn onto floured cutting board, knead about 10 times. Pat into circle 1 inch thick, cut into 10 large or 20 small wedges. Place onto baking sheet and bake for 14-16 minutes, until lightly brown. Serve with butter, jam, or your favorite topping.
