Ingredients: Fennel Seed*, Linden*, Valerian Root, Cloves*, Lemon Balm*, Lavender*, Roasted Chicory, Honeybush and Natural Peach Flavor.
Brewing: Scoop a slightly heaping teaspoon of the tea leaves into your infuser. Heat water to boiling. Pour 8 oz of water over tea leaves. Steep tea for 3 to 4 minutes.
